Whiplash Compensation

Despite all the doom and gloom that our economy has gone through, through the years. The truth is that cars sales keep on going up and up every year. The era of the car is under attack, however, because of its own success. The problem is there are now simply too many cars. Wherever you go you see miles and miles of traffic jams.
Town planners are trying to get the car out of the inner cities. It’s not that they dislike the car, but simply it is causing too many problems. The problems of parking spaces, the problem of pollution, the problem of congestion. There are many schemes for the introduction of public transport. In some places the tram is being re- introduced for example. Perhaps the biggest problem or cost however is the accident rate . Car makers are trying to introduce more safety features into our cars. There have been great strides since Ralph Nader criticised a particular care for being unsafe at any speed. The name of the car escapes me now, but those days seem to over for good as the handling braking and safer interiors have improved the safety of cars. Governments have improved the safety of roads building motorways and by passes etcetera which also improves congestion, for a while any way. The problem is ,rather like cars sales , which keep on rising, car accidents seem to do the same.
People however seem to know very little about the implications of being involved in a serious incident. That is, however, until it is too late. They think that if they have car insurance they will be OK. The problem is that insurance companies, like any other business, are not in business for the welfare of their clients. They all have large legal sections whose job it is to payout as little as possible for any claims made against them. The ordinary man in the street stands little chance on their own when trying to stand up to these companies if their compensation does not meet their needs. This is where our car and vehicle claims service may be of service to you.
We also have a large office of highly trained and experienced solicitors, but their job is to obtain the maximum amount of compensation they can for our clients and that is the ordinary man in the street. The insurance company will not provide information on how to make a claim for example in the event of a whiplash injury.
Most people when involved in a minor incident might not even recognise such an injury. They may simply pass it off as a stiff neck which will wear off after a few days. They will not realize that due to a sudden jerking the neck ligaments tear and it may take a considerable time before they can drive safely again. The driver being relieved that they escaped serious injury may overlook the neck pain, but we would encourage the victim to make an Injury claim for whiplash compensation. We believe that through ignorance many such Injury claims or rather, whiplash claims are never made, much to the satisfaction of the insurance company, but at the cost of the man in the street. We can submit a whiplash claim on your behalf. Accident claims can be submitted as a result of many different situations and are not limited to only car accident claims. Personal injury claims can be made as a result of incidents at the work place or in the home.

Recycling Your Electric Car Battery

If you have an electric Car battery then you will know that they are re-useable, so they should really be recycled. However, this is where many people get stuck because they are not sure how they should be recycling electric car batteries. Well, there are actually a few different ways. However, first of all, it is important that you know what you should not be doing with your car battery. One thing that you should definitely not recycle it is by simply dumping it in a landfill.

This may sound obvious, but there are actually people who do this. The reason why you should not do this is because the whole purpose of electric cars and electric car batteries is to help the environment and combat global warming. By putting the battery in a landfill you are not doing either of these things, which would make the electric car that you have pointless. So, this is one thing that you should definitely not do. If you are not sure what you should do with it then the best idea is to contact the car manufacturer.

They will more than likely have some form of system in place for recycling the batteries. They may come and collect it themselves, or they may advise you on what to do next. Either way, it is always a good idea to ensure that the battery is correctly recycled properly.
